The membrane potential distribution across the potassium channel KcsA is computed
with the PBEQ module of CHARMM and my_membpot_solver for comparison. Small differences
between the results of both programs are likely attributable to the different ways of
smoothing the solvent accessible surface employed by the programs.

kcsavoltage.tar.gz is the example provided by Benoit Roux on his website.
The membrane potential is computed at a number of points
along the central axis of the potassium channel KcsA

run.csh runs the calculation using bondii radii and exactly the same
grid definitions and parameters with the PBEQ module of CHARMM
                           and my_membpot_solver.
